    Every construction project requires a team of consultants, contractors and suppliers. The project type, size and complexity will all have an influence on which team players are required, as well as the skillset and experience of those involved.

    Provides a set of measured drawings (land and building as required).

    Architect

    Planning Consultant

    Advises on planning strategy and policy.

    Landscape Architect

    Prepares the landscape and planting design.

    Structural Engineer

    Prepares the structural design.

    Quantity Surveyor

    Advises on costs, tenders the project and manages the construction contract.

    M&E Engineer

    Prepares the mechanical and electrical design inc. SAP calculations.

    Interior Designer

    Prepares the interior design; fitted furniture, finishes, furniture and lighting.

    Main Contractor

    Delivers the construction stage of the project to completion.

    Building Control

    Ensurers compliance with the Building Regulations.

    Advises on health and safety requirements for the project.

    Advises on acoustic requirements and specifications.
