A beautiful home extended and renovated in Bramhall, Stockport.Buju Architects worked with the Client to create a home that suits their needs. The brief was to design a new porch and double-storey rear extension to accommodate a new master bedroom and large living space overlooking the rear garden.
We explored a few layout options in designing the new open-plan space, considering the flow, light and views in each zone. This space has become the hub of the house, a great entertaining space with large french doors.
At first floor we extended the rear wall of the property and formed a new master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and skylight, which brings in plenty of daylight throughout the day.
