Situated in the Southport conservation area the apartments have been fitted out to a high standard and furnished to form serviced accommodation.

We took care in considering the alterations whilst addressing the acoustic and fire performance measures in the building with its new uses, including bespoke timber framed windows facing Coronation Walk.
