The property features a pitched roof with low eaves close to neighbouring property to minimise impact. The Project prioritizes indoor-outdoor living with the inclusion of an outdoor kitchen, dining and sunken living space.
Local Context
A comprehensive building, site, and tree survey, along with a detailed landscape design, has been conducted to visualise the transformation and inform an arboricultural report outlining necessary tree removals. The project is now being finalised for submission at RIBA Stage 3 for planning approval and are looking forward to progressing to the technical design stage (RIBA Stage 4).
