Buju Architects worked with the Client to create a modern, autism-friendly holiday home in Rhosneigr.
We presented several design options for the Client to choose from with varying budgets. Together we finalised a design that included an additional bedroom with an en-suite, an external entrance to a new wet room, a redesigned an existing bedroom and living area, and redesigned surrounding grounds. Additionally, we introduced new solar panels that sit flush with a new roof surface maintaining a clean modern finish. The extensive renovation and extension ensured the aesthetic of the property was significantly improved whilst meeting our Client’s brief.
