Our placemaking ideology focuses on creating well-balanced, beautiful spaces through architecture and the built environment. From masterplanning to conversions, we help get the most out of your scheme and shape a better community.

Property Development
We work with you to create high quality, well-resolved buildings and spaces. You will be able to see your scheme develop via the use of 3D modelling as we take it through the design stages, allowing you to continually experience the design process. Having extensive experience with local councils, we are familiar with the procedures and requirements and can advise on the process and progression of the scheme.

- Masterplanning and Feasibility Studies: We can create various design options to achieve the optimum density per hectare and an efficient and creative environment.

Residential Development
We work with you to create new inspiring spaces and designs at all scales. From commercial-to-residential developments, to HMOs and new-build residential – we are always on hand to support and progress the project creating beautifully resolved, healthy environments.

D&B Procurement
We provide high-quality designs and drawings for all jobs and sizes to D&B Contractors. We work with you during the tendering process to ensure we provide a full service at a competitive price. Always on hand, our team will provide you with advice and support through all stages of design and construction; co-ordinating the design and attending site visits. We can be involved as much or as little as required at all phases of the project.

A very personal project for the client as a potential retirement home. This house has been adapted for assisted living to be formed once the client has any difficulty moving around the building. A lift shaft has been added to the core of the building. There is level access points around the ground floor. Every door is adapted for wheelchair access for the client’s potential needs.
