We’re pleased to be progressing a new project in Lytham Saint Annes– the conversion and extension of a nursing home into luxury apartments. We’re currently re-designing the entrance and completing the Technical Design while works progress on-site.
It’s been an exciting couple of months on this project in Marple as the timber frame arrived. The house has been created using SIPS for an environmentally friendly build. Works continue to progress, supported by the project team. Case Study
Planning Approved! – on this renovation and extension project in Didsbury.
After meeting the conservation officer on-site, the design has been granted full Planning Approval on this mid-century design. The project includes a new entrance, circulation strategy and rear extension as well as a substantial retrofit agenda – upgrading the fabric of the structure with additional insulation and introducing a new MVHR (ventilation) system.
We look forward to progressing the Technical Design over the coming weeks.
Planning has been submitted for this extension project in Cheadle. The design creates new open-plan living space at the back of the house with a new garden design and roof dormers to a traditional aesthetic.
SAP Calculations have been already approved – ensuring a compliant and sustainable design.
