Great workplace design can attract the best staff, enrich the employees’ experience and dramatically enhance operations. When designing a workplace, great thought should be given to creating a workplace that benefits employees’ health and wellbeing. A 2 to 5 percent increase in staff performance can cover the total cost of providing for their workplace accommodation. (‘The Impact of Office Design on Business Performance,’ 2011.)
